For the Isuzu vehicle the front is reversed to fit the rear, so only one spare is needed.

In 2008-09 Isuzu changed the axle lengths to align the front and rear wheels exactly for easier and safer driving in sand, mud and snow.

The rims have two valve holes, thus two valve stems are needed allowing easy access when mounted face out or in. Fitting a 90 degree valve stem on the inside will allow clearance of the front brake hub.
